¾ cup fresh mango, chopped into small chunks
½ cup of Vitacoco Coconut water
2 tbsp chia seeds
Squeeze of lime juice
Top with: chia seeds and coconut chips
- In a high speed blender, process the chopped mango and coconut until smooth.
- Once smooth, add the chia seeds, and lime juice to taste. Process one final time until all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour into a glass, and top with additional chia seeds and coconut chips if desired.
